Mexican Gang members arrested in West Yellowstone

Fact is, gangs exist because we allow them to. And to make it worse, we allow mamby pamby judges to give gang members slaps on the wrist and send them off to repeat their crimes over and over untill they either kill each other or a well armed citizen stops their crime spree with a bullet. All the while we sit and complain saying this needs to be done or that, but how many take a hard stand come election time and insist who they vote for earns his or her paycheck for a change?

SPIRITHAWK. Well said and true. Many years ago I wrote a letter to the editor in LOU Ky titled, Pantywaist judges and unscrupulous lawyers.  HEH. I got letters from one judge, several attys, who took offense at my opinion and a retired fbi agent who complimented me greatly, I found out he was well known to the BGs as one tough hombre. I also heard from several convicts asking for money for an cigs and such. I of course fired several checks right away. POWDERMAN.

They need to do away with plea bargaining.some judges and attorneys use it as a way to increase their conviction numbers, looking for that "big appointment" to a higher court ot state job. The judicial system is just as corrupt if not more so, than our gooberment IMO. The attorneys are not fighting each other in court, they are fighting their clients and are told so in law school that the client is the enemy. No, I am not an attorney, YES, I know more than a couple personally, that is where I got my info.
