Accurate Arms Powder posts loads for  130 grain bullets using 2230 powder, on their web site.

Thanks again . What brass ? I have some rem from shot ammo but SSA has it with small primer pockets. I went thru the two size primer pockets with 7.62X39 ammo and its a pain to have both . BUT some say the SSA is the best ?

I have only used Remington brass with the large primers, to keep it simple.

Thank You all very much for your replies. My AR is in 6.8 SPC and I have been using #34 CCI hard primers. I want to save these #34 primers for my M1A since it has been know to "rapid fire" standard primers.

I load the #34 primers also . Do the same with the 223 . I got lucky and found a guy that sells them for less than standard primers at a gun show . In the past with regard to the AR i have loaded what ever primers I had on hand ( read cheap or left over ) Remington , CCI and winchester. Maybe a few Federal. Never had a slam fire even in friends full auto guns . To be honest never had a slam fire in my M1A . Had them in a SKS but that was due to a dirty frozen  bolt .
