Henry 30-30 jamming & resolution
« on: July 10, 2010, 01:21:15 PM »

Hunters:

My Henry 30-30 developed a jamming problem.  I phoned Customer Service and was assured that a pre-paid UPS Shipment label was on its way.

It was simple to return to Henry Co.

But instead of weeks, I rec'd a NEW rifle in just a few days.  The rifle operates flawlessly!

In summary, Henry made the problem go away.  I'm more than satisfied with Henry.

It's really surprising how Henry's peoples solve custommers problems. When I got my second Henry, Golden Boy, the barrel band was black. I sent an e-mail and was informed that my model was probably a late model. Mr Imperato sent the brass one in one week ,no charge. They really care about their custommers.
Happy we made the good choice and good luck with your new Henry.
 Salutations from Qc,Canada

We just sold a Henry .30-30 at the last gun show for a friend that had a jamming problem.  It went as new for $300.00.

Swampman:

Rifles that jam have no value to most of us.  But sounds like Henry Customer Service didn't have a chance to make it right.

I tried to get the guy that owned it to send it back.  He didn't want to fool with it.
