Not factory , however , I did chrony my handloads.  From my 4" SS Redhawk, 24 grains of W296 under a 240 XTP gave me an average of just over 1200 fps.   Through my 71/2 " Blackhawk , the same load gave me an average of 1425.......and through a 12 Encore , low 1600s.   So , length does make a difference......hummm .

I haven't chrono'd any from a 4" Redhawk as I don't have one.  I have chrono'd some from a 5.5" Redhawk.  The load I clocked was the Winchester White Box 240gr soft point.  From my gun, measured 10' from the muzzle it went 1363 fps (5 shot average, w/ 2.4 SD).

I also chrono'd an handload of a 240gr cast SWC over 24.4 gr. of H-110 from the Redhawk and from a 4 5/8" Super Blackhawk and got the following:

Redhawk                 1395 fps
Super Blackhawk    1351 fps

Hope that gives you some idea of the info you're looking for.
