Its a tribute to the success of the american public education system that many folks are rejecting this information as a stand alone statement. Personally, I factor this little detail in with all the other details mounting up ... one might say a chain of evidence ... that lead me to believe there are a lot of folks on this list who are not converted Muslim clerics living in waziristan.

I think you are right TN.
Without getting into specific names, countries or times in history, it seems people in the past have shrugged off things like this and didn't see what was coming. By the time they did it was too late. Makes me wonder how it will play out this time, in America.
