Now will she face charges for viloating the civil rights of a white farmer like a white official would had roles been reversed?

Or... will the great racist in the White House intervene and give her a pass on this like he did for the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation?

I'm sure the NAACP jumped right on this and put her in her place immediately because you know how intolerant they are of any form of discrimination or racism.

Everyone always jumps to quick conclusions. The tape released was proved heavily edited (on purpose) to put the person in a bad light. Fox jumped right on it and screamed for her resignation, The Obama admin overreacted getting only half the story
pressured a resignation.And the NAACP condemned her.

But wait ......OOPS ...Now the full tape comes to light ,

The person was reciting a transformational moment in her life back in 1986 when she realized this isn't about Black and white , its about being Cristian and helping the poor no matter what color, and she want on to explain how she decided to help all poor people regardless of Race creed or color..

The supposedly injured party (farmer has come forward) and stated if it wasn't for her they would have lost their farm.

She went on to cite in the unedit tape version (way different from what was played on the 24 hour news cycle) and from what was edited, how wrong that way of thinking would have been , and that was why she made the decision way back in 1986 to help all poor peoples regardless of race...

But of course that part was left out of the video. and no one in the media does any investigative reporting any more, so it takes 24 hours for the full story to come out. The media are idiots reported without verifying the source, and all judged her guilty until proven innocent. Gotta love the world we now live in.

Now Fox is Backpeddling after it has been on the 24 hour cycle all day, The NAACP has issued a deep apology to this person, and the Obama admin well ......so far has welll... been silent.

It will be interesting if all admit they slandered this person improperly by being duped by someone with a hidden agenda, and who provided false information (on purpose) and jumped to too quick a decision without getting all the facts,
All need to step up ..do the right thing and help this person get their Job back.

What a shame this whole thing is. I was all too ready to believe Foxx when it first came out but decided to watch how it developed. Now the proven selective editing to make her look bad. I'm glad the farmer stood up and spoke out. We have enough real problems. We don't need mean spirited folks creating problems where none existed. I hope this gets ironed out fairly. If she really didn't do things the video suggests, she should be allowed to have her job back. If her work performance is actually sub standard, she should be held accountable.

Just treat everybody fair and square - seems like that would be the easiest thing to do.

What this showed me is FOX has some integrity issues. Actually all the cable media sources noways have integrity issues and cannot be trusted to provide accurate reporting. They all have their own hidden agendas and are incapable of reporting just the facts in an unbiased format.

In this instance...
1.) They were too quick to condemn (it was ridiculous the amount of coverage FOX gave this)
2.) poor journalism at best (never even checked sources)

Then within a 24 cycle... the spin commeth

3.) In an effort to try and recover from their blunder they jump all over Govt for being too quick to pass judgement
on her.

what ? Huh? Just 24 hours ago , FOX was ready to burn her at the stake and were touting their " Breaking news coverage"
And patting themselves on the back for getting the scoop first.

It's funny , I gave up television for a long long time , after a few months didn't even miss it. Only recently turned it back on to follow Gulf oil spill disaster.

I think after tonight I'll just keep the TV off. Nothing has changed since I stopped watching the first time . It's still all garbage even the News reporting.

Being a government employee myself, I once got myself on the wrong side of Washington Headquarters. They were embarrassed by something one of my employees had done. Well, someone had to be held accountable. In the end, when all the air was cleared and the investigations were over, and after months of back and forth between my attorney and theirs, they still upheld the case because they had been embarrassed. Washington does not like to get red faced. Appearances are everything. It's a cruel joke. This poor lady got caught in the crosshairs trying to do something right. They'll crucify her for that.

With a past like that she should never been hired by the fed's in the first place! IMO we should get rid of that whole department. You can tell on the vid that she is proud of what she did in 86. It sounded like Beck- Fox news was very fair with her. It don't matter now, she will get promoted even if it cost two others there jobs.

It is my understanding that FOX was not the one that broke the story.
It was on the internet with a note saying it was going to be aired on the Glenn Beck show which was not true.
She was fired hours before the GB show even heard about it.
When it was talked about on the show, GB supported her and had her & the man it was about on via satellite and the man stated that she did nothing wrong.
He even went as far to say that if it wasn't for her he wouldn't have been able to save his farm.

The NAACP had the full tape before the GB show did and knew she did nothing wrong and still they jumped on her along with THE LIAR IN THE WHITE HOUSE.
The white house heard about the internet stateing it was going to be on the GB show, and not wanting to be trumped by FOX called her via her cell phone 3 time before she got back to her office and demanded that she pull her car over and resign that very minute, which she said she did.

To me it shows just how far the DEMS & the white house will go to try and stop FOX!!!

I never heard of Breitbart.com before so I can't say, maybe.
I was only able to see the GB show that night so I may have missed the other agents comments about her and when they found out about it.
I did hear from my dad that neither the O'RILEY show or the HANNITY show had copies of the full tape at the time Beck did.
If they did cut her with out viewing the whole tape first I would say they were no better than the rest on this one!
Shame on them!

That is my whole problem with the media.
They always slant things the way they want it instead of just telling the whole and true story for the people to make up their own minds.
Why can't they just report the news with out being so bias?
Mostly liberal owned and controlled I guess.

Dee I disagree and I did watch the whole speech. Yes she is a racist her dady being killed by whites- it's hard to blame her. Everything in her speech is black and white. She was promoting goverment jobs and praised obama for all the money at her finger tips. She even went as far to say get a gov. job and you will never get laid off! She has free money for homes and national health car is great. Now witch agency does she really work for? I stand my ground the fed's should never have hired her.

I find no connection between Breitbart and Fox, and he has been a guest on shows with Bill Maher and others. Of course, when on Fox yeaterday, he said the story wasn't about Sherrod, but more about the NAACP. And of course the NAACP hasn't condemned the New Black Panther's voting booth blockade.
The govt had the case won, but atty gen Hoilder threw their win out...wonder what motivates him ?

Keep in mind about Sherrod, the White House fired her and the NAACP condemned her, BEFORE Fox even got the story !

Contrary to what Scootrd said, I saw no move on Fox's part to go after her head..certainly not in the same league as the NAACP went
after the tea party. They just showed what video they had and interviewed Breitbart.

FOX showed the tape in context last night, and appologized last night for their reporting on this. That being said, after watching it, she does indeed have issues there. My opinion.

Far as setting the record straight, FOX did OK...you'll never see MSNBC do anything like that after bad reporting...but then, their bad reporting is intentional.

As long as FOX is big enough to man up on mistakes, as they have done several times in the past, I'll stick with them mostly.

It would be highly unlikely that any news show would play all 43 minutes of the video. I understand Fox showed the context and apologized but I didn't see it. Word is that in the 43 minute version, she claimed that any white people who have problems with BHO and his leadership are "racists". If she does believe that, then she does have a problem of her own.

The reporter on FOX who says he was the original reporter of the story, said that he did show what she said in context. It later got cut shorter as he story was repeated over and over. Was she a racist in 1986? I think so. Is she still a racist? I think so. Does she have a right to be a racist? Yes. Do I give a crap? No.

I will still apply the standard that the communists apply to anyone on the right. It is the seriousness of the charge; the facts have no bearing.

I don't think any of this new station stuff matters in the least...the lady is a racist by anyone's standard, the White House threw her under the bus right away to protect themselves regardless of anything else, and we will always have people choosing sides either way regardless of any facts, because somehow in their minds they just have to.

Simple for me, the lady has already proved what she is and how she thinks, even if none of this would have taken place, same conclusion for me.

And if I never had the opportunity to listen to any news person in my life except Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow, I would still feel and think exactly the same way because I am smarter than they are anyway. I don't make things complicated to come to conclusions and decide such simple things.

Without any news media at all...and no input from anyone else..I could listen to 10 minutes of recordings of this lady and decide she had issues without anyone elses input at all. And nobody will be able to change my mind, no matter who reports what. A persons actions and words says it all in every single case.

Truth is nobody was held responsible for anything at all...she got fired because the people that run this country will toss anyone under the bus to save themselves if they think they need to, even the pastor of a church, even their own mother, if they think it will benefit them somehow. That's is the real truth of all of it. The entire White House and staff are made up of these kinds of people, obviously, nobody is going to be held responsible for anything, but they will toss one another under the buss from time to time.
