I've talked to the owner of this gun extensively for my book research.  I don't think you have anything to worry about.  I've been tempted to buy it for myself, actually, and would have no qualms sending him the dough if I do.

I apologize to all.. 

I was away at the SHOT SHOW for over a week and busy running back and forth to Physical Therapy.  I got hurt arresting someone and had to have surgery on my hand.  Shoulder is next.
