You could change the time, and party line, and say the same thing about GW.

Obamy is a cruel joke........Bush was, and the next one will be. Just so much spin! Nothing more. Just more herding of the sheep!

Yes I agree!! It was not an accident that I titled the thread as I did. It is effective for Sheep as you said, & you did get my point!

Political ads are marketing, I showed this & is good marketing. Some of the new Republicans may be true Conservatives & I am REALLY hopeing they are, I know only 5 or so of the current ones are. But this is a Republican AD, therefore covering alot of people who are a joke & did nothing back when they could have.

Again, I merely thought it was well done & could be effective, though some (most)of the Rep. Party Candidates don't deserve the distinction.

I thought it was a no-brainer that the Demoncraps are a lost cause, but yes Bush was a bummer as NW said.

BTW, Beerbelly, who are the libs plural that you are referring to, as only me & nw_hunter had posted. I am about as opposite of Lib as they come, as you would find out if you try to find just 1 Lib post by me!  ;D

Hey, ah...Beerbelly.  Shot if the dark here, but I'll bet you know next to nothing about the (Un)Patriot Act, do you?  You know, the single most damaging article to the U.S. Constitution...probably ever.  I voted for Bush twice because the alternative was worse.  I guess you can't see Bush for the damaging influence he was because Rush told you he was an OK guy.  Bush may not have been the demon made out by MSNBC, but he is also not the patron saint of conservatives. terror.  TERROR!

Oh, and Obama hasn't done anything for me.  I think all of the politicians should be called out for their shortfalls.  Not just the Democrats of you're Conservative or the Republicans of you're liberal.
This that I do, I do by my own free will.

I seen the title over the video, that claims a Republican did this. Guess I'll have to watch it again, as I seen nothing in it refering it to a Republican candidate. Just that there will be change in the Nov. 2010 election. And, that,is as far as I'm concerened, is what we need. A conservative change. I don't care if a person is an R. or a D., a conservative change is what we need. gypsyman

Yes Bush did some things I did not like as well. The amnesty bill he and McCain tried to pass being the worst! But compared to what we now have he was a saint!
More importantly he is GONE and has been for quite some time. We now need to forget him and try to rid our self of the ruler we now have!

I think the time has passed in this country for a positive change to happen with a D. Or R. in office.
Any Republican worth his salt is unelectable,"Case in point" Ron Paul in the Republican primary's.  I doubt there is such an person in the Democrat pool.

Most voters by a HUGE margin are programmed to vote one or the other, so thinking things can change for the better is just..............."Wishful Thinking"

I think we place WAY to much importance on the Presidential election anyway.
The snakes we keep electing to the House and Senate are our biggest threat.

I like the way Journalist Fred Reed put's it!

It's all about fraud In a sense, the candidates do not even exist. A
presidential candidate consists of two speechwriters, a makeup man,
a gestures coach, ad agency, two pollsters and an interpreter of
focus groups. Depending on his numbers, the handlers may suggest a
more fixed stare to crank up his decisiveness quotient for male or
Republican voters, or dial in a bit of compassion for a Democratic
or female audience. The newspapers will report this calculated
transformation. Yet it works. You can fool enough of the people
   enough of the time.

When people sense this and decline to vote, we cluck like disturbed
hens and speak of apathy. Nope. Just common sense.
