I seen the title over the video, that claims a Republican did this. Guess I'll have to watch it again, as I seen nothing in it refering it to a Republican candidate. Just that there will be change in the Nov. 2010 election. And, that,is as far as I'm concerened, is what we need. A conservative change. I don't care if a person is an R. or a D., a conservative change is what we need. gypsyman
I think the time has passed in this country for a positive change to happen with a D. Or R. in office.
Any Republican worth his salt is unelectable,"Case in point" Ron Paul in the Republican primary's. I doubt there is such an person in the Democrat pool.
Most voters by a HUGE margin are programmed to vote one or the other, so thinking things can change for the better is just..............."Wishful Thinking"
I think we place
WAY to much importance on the Presidential election anyway.
The snakes we keep electing to the House and Senate are our biggest threat.
I like the way Journalist Fred Reed put's it!
It's all about fraud In a sense, the candidates do not even exist. A
presidential candidate consists of two speechwriters, a makeup man,
a gestures coach, ad agency, two pollsters and an interpreter of
focus groups. Depending on his numbers, the handlers may suggest a
more fixed stare to crank up his decisiveness quotient for male or
Republican voters, or dial in a bit of compassion for a Democratic
or female audience. The newspapers will report this calculated
transformation. Yet it works. You can fool enough of the people
enough of the time.
When people sense this and decline to vote, we cluck like disturbed
hens and speak of apathy. Nope. Just common sense.
