The feds don't seem to be able to get enough people on the border to stop the illegal's from entering, but I'll bet if some vigilantes started knocking off the border crossers, there would be a fed every ten feet on the whole damn border! To protect those poor illegal’s.

I have seen some pieces of this pie explained here. More pieces will include the taxes and social security mexicans pay to our coffers that will never be givven back to them. There is a bigger picture also. Regan pardoned millions, bush and mclame wanted amnesty. Slobama wants amnesty. In order to have a one world government all borders must be torn down. If our borders can be lost then the battle is closer to being won. We will be asimalated.

  Are we to assume then, that since things have been done wrong in the past...your answer would be to keep on doing more opf the same ?

the reason nothing is being done is the ones in charge have no personal interest and the whole invasion has no personal effect on their daily life. If the leaders had a few of their families raped or killed and lost their jobs to an ileagle they may take a moment and look at it. Our leaders are to busy getting rich off the public and playing God.  NOV 2 is independence day.

Guys, I'll be the first to admit I'm not as sharp as I once was. I tend to try and simplify things and go to the root. I think stiffer security at the borders is needed but if we really exspect to stamp out the problem then lets look at why they are here in the first place. We need to see to it that those who hire them, from big companies to the guy needing yard work, all pay heavy fines and, if repeat offenders, do serious jail time as well. No more free housing nor foodstamps nor medical care. Deny them the very reasons they come here and they have no more reasons to do so. All the talk about how to treat them fairly, all the government red tape and double talk, just clouds what is really a very simple truth. But that is the real purpose of talking not doing.

I tend to agree but could we get rid of illegal drugs first ?

And BTW they are not mine I as much as anyone would like to see the borders sealed and illegals sent home . I just like to see it for the right reason and with a handle on true cost not some loud mouth on TV spreading lies . The illegals came and filled a need . All I say is stop the need . Hey do away with extra weeks on unemployeement so Americans will need to work then send them home . Whats wrong with that ?

beerbelly a progressive would welcome the illegals and turn them into voters. Why do you wish to shoot people filling a gap in a work force that was created by bad policy ? Why not vote out the problem , close the border and then process out the illegals here ? Do it in a way that would reduce cost to the few Americans still working ? The budget is in the crapper now why add more debt than is needed ?
