Warne Rings
« on: July 28, 2010, 09:33:25 AM »
Once in a while it is nice to comment on a positive experience with a company. I over tightened one of the base screws on a Warne ring (BTW - only rings that held scope on .500 S&W rifle barrel without any signs of shift) and snapped it in half. Nicely done I might add while I was looking at my Wheeler wrench sitting on the bench wondering why I didn't use it instead of being Gorilla hand. Anyway, contacted Warne and promptly received a package of replacement screws for the rings within a weeks time of contact. Doesn't get any better than that. And yes, the Wheeler will be used to control Gorilla hand.
