burris base and low twist in rings

i just received a encore 209x50 barrel with burris twist in base on it i have a bushnell 3200 elite 3x9x40 will low burris rings allow the 40mm. bell clear the barrel if anyone knows thanks for the info in advance

I don't know if this will allow the objective bell to clear the barrel or not, but I doubt it.  I used to have an Encore centerfire rifle and I always put high rings on it because I needed  room to access the hammer and if the scope was mounted low there just wasn't any room.

I don’t think the low rings will clear your scope.

On my T/C Encore 209x50 barrel, I use Leupold dual dovetail base and Leupold medium rings, with a Leupold Vari-X II 3-9x40 mm scope and it just clears.  Same as my T/C Encore 223 Remington rifle barrel with Leupold Dual Dovetail base and Leupold medium rings, with Weaver V10 2-10x38mm scope, which has a just tiny bit more clearance.
