Yep, it's our moderator in chief complaining about the cold and wet.  Now it's dry and hot. 

If I were rich I'd have me several houses and just move when  the weather is foul, but since I don't, I have to either sweat or shivver.....

My grandma taught me a little poem,

"As a rule, a man's a fool,

When it's hot he wants it cool.

When it's cool he wants it hot.

When it is he wants it not.
