What would have happened if the world would have accepted Jesus as the Messiah, and he wasn't  crucified?

I don't know if that could have happened.  Jesus would then not have fulfilled the prophecys about being rejected by men and suffering as He did.  Thus He couldn't have been the Messiah - kind of a Catch 22.

the question-and i'm not slamming you here-could not have happened. scripture, from genisis on, tells what the lords plan was and how he would bring it about.
the question could only have been possible if the lord allowed man to fulfill his own destiny.

Bryan;
  The Bible tells us exactly why Jesus was sent to this world.  GOD sent his only begotten Son into this world to die.  To die for our sins.  To die so that you and I might have everlasting life.  It could have been no other way.   Without the death of Jesus on the cross, we could not enter the kingdom of heaven.

To paraphrase:

I love the MAN in the middle.  Because I know that HE first loved me.  Praise to the MAN who died on Mt. Calvary, His death made it possible that I could be free.

My first mistake of the day,so they tell me...But you know,we'd still kill our JESUS if the time HE came to us was now,instead of in Joseph and Mary's day.Time has not changed mankind's behavior that much.Thank GOD,every day,every time you get the chance for all HE has done for you!I try to thank HIM everytime,but it is NEVER enough.
