happy holidays to all, thanksgiving day --night is when it happened, i lost three of my turkeys to coyotes, over a period of time i have lost many chickens and a goat to them, i had it how and what can i use to call them in, i have never done this before so i really need some help, can i get them during the day?? i really need help, i will use my 223 or 308 or my 22 mag or i will even throw the kitchen sink at them

I hear and feel for you. Been there and done that as they like to say. It takes time to learn to call coyotes. The easy way is to get a electronic caller like the Johnny Stewart with a few calls on tape. Follow the directions and you should have success shortly. Early morning, night time(if it's legal in your area) and evening are great times to get coyotes. Your .223 will work great, no need for the .308 as coyotes aren't that hard to kill. This is the fastest way I know of to get into the coyote calling business. Lawdog

My suggestion is to spend a little time on the Predator Hunting Forum. There is a lot of good info on there. I've learned a great deal from the regulars. Good luck

I got an idea
why not just give an open invite to the people that use this site to come and hunt with you. I bet you will get a lot of takers and lots of good training on how to call them,
