Fitting stock set to barreled receiver
« on: August 10, 2010, 04:51:38 PM »
OK just got a 20 ga sluggun barrel today. However the forearm screw lug is very tight when you put the forearm back on. Should I slightly relieve the forearm screw hole to loosen it up or should I be looking at something else? Barrel locks up good on the receiver without the forearm. no wiggle either direction and WILL NOT close up on a piece of paper, but will close up without the paper between the receiver and barrel. (does this make sense)

thanks for the info guys!

See forend fit in the FAQs, you make adjustments to the spacer on wood forends, just sand the flat side, and it can be shimmed to make it tighter if ever needed.
