For the first time in a while we've had a rainy day here in central Alabama so I've been here a lot today. Got really good at having my cursor in the right place when I log on so I don't even give Michael or the bow shooting lady time to say anything. The one from the bottom jumps up from time to time but I zap it too.

You do have an active subscription but it is every 3 months not every month...

I still dont understand why it is so hard to use Opera as your browser and end the video ads.

MATT. I downloaded it, answered all their questions, got sent several places and completed the download. I've lost my homepage and the popups are still there, I mean I still get sent to another site when I can click on forums. Charlie.

What browser did you use previously?  If it's Firefox, the Noscript addon can be used to kill almost anything like that (Adblock works well too, but for these types of things Noscript works better).  It's a bit of a pain to configure for each site though.

FWIW, I typically use Google Chrome for my browser at work and at home.  On my Windows 7 system at work I get the ads - on my Ubuntu Linux system at home they don't show up (or at least the video ones don't - the banner ads are still there).  Don't know why - I didn't specifically enable anything to stop them.  My guess is that they're flash-based and flash doesn't always work as smoothly on Linux, so it's causing them to not show up.

matt I'm not up to date on computer stuff.  as far as I know I can install stuff just fine but tweaking it afterwards usually causes me problems.  how about we do use the cursor/scope option- we'd need the x/close option to the upper right to be the accept option instead, and any other click to be a shotgun or rifle blast to close it.
