This year you get 2 doe tags with you license, you then buy a hunters choice and quality buck tag. Then you can buy as many doe tags as you want until the season ends. Some years it changes a for the license, one hunters choice and a doe and they you buy the quality back tag and as many doe tags as you need. They are just encouraging doe's this year to get the population down.
If  you're going to make a hole, make it a big one.

In Georgia: 12 deer. Two may be bucks and one of the bucks must have 4 points on one side.

If you apply to the Wildlife Management Quota hunts, you get seperate tags so if you hunt several WMA's the number can go way up.

I never take more than three because it is all I can use. I have donated a deer to one of the Hunters feeding Hungry programs.
