scope mount for a cooey 75
« on: December 02, 2003, 07:50:30 AM »
i've got an old weaver K4 that i would like to mount on my single shot .22. i checked to weaver base guide and they only have them for model 60,600 and 71. the 60 looks similer but it is a repeater. will any of these fit mine? i think they will as all these guns are pretty identical.

Kevin,

Without my reference books here, I can only guess, but the entire Winchester .22 rile series of models M67, 69, 75, etc use a common diameter receiver and share the same mounts.

Cooey and Winchester combined you know, and made Winchester products in their Ontario facility for many years.

Try taking some measurements and comparing them with known Winchester receiver dimensions.  The Dunlap and Gunsmith Kinks series of books have them.
