This latest attempt at placating the public about our border security is nothing but a cynical token to try to put the onus on the Republicans to support "comprehensive immigration reform", which is of course political-speak for giving citizenship to all the illegal invaders.

minefields aren't racist.  neither is concertina wire.  I think that if someone were to get caught up in a spool of concertina wire and drag it around the sand and trip a non-racist land mine that the death wouldn't be racially motivated.  even if the person/dead body is question was a mexican.
