Looking to upgrade my 10/22 trigger, has anyone used the Hornet trigger group? Anything else out there other than Volquartsen?

There are many beside the VQ.  Check out over at RimfireCentral.com.  There is a huge section on the 10/22.  I had a factory trigger re-worked by Skeeter27Red (RimfireTechnologies) that was excellent and much cheaper than a VQ.  It may not be as refined, but it was an incredible improvement over factory.  There are plenty others for you to look at over there as well.

I agree with Red....there are many other triggers....Timney comes to mind as I use them in almost every gun I own.  I have my rimfire trigger done along with the accuracy package by CT Precision Chambering.  Reasonable and a fast turn around.

Kidd triggers are just plain wonderful for 10-22s, but cost twice what the gun does. Sure are nice though!
