Palin Romney tied

This poll was produced by CNN, remember they are the ones that don't like Conservatives.  This came off Newsmax.

CNN Poll: Palin, Romney Tied as 2012 Front-runners
Saturday, 14 Aug 2010 03:43 PM Article Font Size

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is virtually tied with former Mass. Gov. Mitt Romney in the race to be the GOP frontrunner for the 2012 presidential nomination, according to a new CNN poll.

The poll shows Romney only 3 percentage points in front of former Alaska Gov. Palin, within the margin of error, the Boston Herald reported.

“It’s a pretty open contest, and that’s interesting in and of itself,” Suffolk University political professor John C. Berg told the Herald. “It means the primary contest will be tighter.”

Romney has shown strong fundraising and was tapped as the front-runner at the Conservative Political Action Conference earlier this year.

But Berg said that the close poll figures could signal a tough fight between Republicans during the primary.

“There’s still the desire in both parties to try to get it locked up early . . . so they can focus on attacking the other party - but that’s a ways away,” Berg said.

The CNN/Opinion Research Corp. poll of 1,009 adults nationwide was conducted between Aug. 6 and Aug. 10.

BTW: Sarah Palin is going to be on Gretta this afternoon/evening on FOX.  She is going to explain how Alaska can help with the energy independence the country needs.

May be worth watching.

Romney has proven he can organize and get people motivated to get things done.  Look at what he did with the Olympics.

After what has happened in this country since the 08 election I'd support Jerry Lewis if he was running against Barry! Either of the two mentioned above would do well against him. I may be wrong but I'm betting Palin wont run.

Yea, look at what he did for health care in Mass, it is the example of what, and why we don't want Obama care. Mitt Romney is not good for America. I would rather see Allen West run.

Romney and  Huckaby are  both RINO’s. There is nothing Conservative about either of them.  Huckaby has been trying hard of late to convince people that he is  Conservative , but just check what he was for as governor of Arkansas.

A conservative can't win because we are a small minority.  I'd like to see Palin win but she won't.  I'd like to see a Huckabee/Palin ticket.  I hope I don't have to vote for Rommney.

yea, Romney for president. ::) For one I can't believe anyone would ignore his health care debacle in Massachusetts, and doesn't he also own part, are all interest in the land, and or building that the Muslims want to put the mosque on, in New York, or did I not hear that correctly on the news?
He is as far away from a Conservative as you can get. He is a SOCIALIST, and has already proved it. Everyone needs to pay attention to these guys if you really want change.

Dee, I was not saying I would vote for Romney, he is a RINO. I was pointing out how the started the universal heath care in Mass, that is where the clown acting as president get the idea for the new health care debacle he has in store for us.

I would rather see Allen West get elected or Palin over Romney or Huckaby.

I know exactly what you were saying, and I was agreeing with you completely. He is not a RINO though, he's a Socialist, and his Massachusetts "heath care for all" proves that, and also that it doesn't work. I also agree with you concerning Huckaby, and probably Palin due to her affection for McCain, but would prefer Allen KEYS over Allen West.

Dee, I agree. We need some real change, not this B. S. change Obama and his liberal congress has been pushing down out throats. The United States could handle a black president, but not the half one we have in there now. Obama is a Joke and a lot of people did not catch on to that. It is our job to educate the people with there heads in the sand.

What do you guys think of Huckaby?

I liked him; he & Ron Paul were my 1st choice. Good men, if not the same politically.

Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.
