Pistol trajectory question

Just when I thought I understood ballistics pretty well, practical experience throws me a ringer.  I shot 2 different loadings in my Contender 35 Rem yesterday and here's the puzzling results;

Hornady Leverlution 200 grain, 2200 fps published data, my results;  50 yds ~ 0 , 100 yds ~ 1" high
158 Speer JHP, indicated load data approx 1900 fps in 14" barrel;     50 yds +6" , 100 yds ~ 10" low

So, I estimated approx 2000 fps for the Leverlutions in my gun but still allowing for scope height thats about 2" of drop over 100 yds vs 9" for the Speers at 100 fps difference.  Seems like too much difference.

Could someone with a ballistics program tell if this is expected or are the published speeds way off.  I'll chrony these loads myself in the next few weeks...

Something about the 158 gr JHP data just isn't looking right. A 158 gr pellet that's 6 inches high at 50 yards and scooting along at 1900 fps should be shooting over the target at 100 yards. I've shot 158 gr 357 mags from a 10 inch Contender that didn't have that much curve to them. The 200 gr data looks right. Hopefully someone with a ballistics program will come along and help out.

That is a puzzle.
Without being sacastic--are these handloads or factory.
There has just got to be some sort of irregularity here.

Replying to both of you, the 200 Hornady is factory and the 158JHP's are reloads.  And yes it's the 158's that have me puzzled.  I know the BC is drastically different but never expected it to make for that kind of change in trajectory and you confirmed my suspicions.  The powder is IMR 4064 and a lot of it is unburned so I'm betting the printed velocity is extrapolated from a rifle to pistol and is way off.  The chrony will tell.  I put together another load with the same bullet and quoted velocity using Accurate 2400 and expect it will burn in a 14" barrel and get a lot closer to what I'd expect.  Thanks Gentlemen.

The Speer 158 at 1900 fps should shoot -1.12" at 100 if zeroed at 50.  BC = .163.
The Hornady 200 at 2200 fps should be -0.05 at 100.  BC = .300.
