In the STS 20ga hulls I use Blue Dot for a 1 ounce load.  My specific load can be found on the Alliant web site or in their reloading maual.  In the "Old Style AA's" I prefer Herco and that is what I use for my 7/8oz loads in both the AA and STS hulls.
Good Shooting,
George

Short answer: Nope not me.

Longer answer: I kinda doubt either red dot or clays appropriate but I've not looked in the book to be sure. Both are normally used for target level 12 ga loads and in general powders that work well in that use do not work well in 20 gauge with heavier than the standard 7/8 oz loads or in 28 ga at all.

There are exceptions and I'm not saying these won't work but unless you can find book loads for them I'd not recommend either. Green Dot and Unique are two of the powders that have the widest spread of usefulness going from light target 12 ga loads to ounce and a quarter field loads in 12 ga and also work in both 20 and 28 gauge to at least some extent with GD being the better of the two in that regard.

Other than green dot and unique I seldom use the same powder for both 12 and 20 ga and other than GD I don't recall ever using the same for 12 as for 28 gauge and not often the same for 20 and 28.

Just did some looking. Of the powders that were mentioned in the OP, only Blue Dot is listed for use with one ounce 20 gauge loads. I checked data for Federal, Fiocchi, Remington and Winchester hulls.
Hodgdon does not list Trail Boss for use with any hull with shot charge weights of 7/8ths to one ounce.

I use 22.5 grains of bluedot. I get this powder charge with the MEC #27 powder bushing. I use the Remington SP20S wad.
