Thanks Douglas. I am getting help from Michael at brooks.USA.com deciding which firecracker shooter to get, and why. A firecracker shooter sounds like loads of fun. They have quite a few firecracker shooters there. I liked the looks of the Parrot the best and asked Michael if there were ANY disadvantages to the Parrot. He allowed that the M-BPFC was so user friendly, it might be easier to master. My next favorite to look at was their 30cal. Mountain Howitzer. It is on the same page as the M-BPFC and I have what is hopefully my last question before buying. Is the 30cal. Mountain Howitzer beginner friendly?
I finally saw the two places that were listed on this site as fuse suppliers. Neither listed the 1.8mm-2.2mm fuse recommended by Michael, and I did not know how much leeway there was, and the small fuse was listed in 1/16 and 1/32 increments. Comparing my caliper thing in mm to a measuring tape, what was offered seemed too big. I have asked Michael to recommend which size is right.
I have contacted armorer77 about a couple of his cannons. I wrote to him a couple of times and he answered pretty quickly. I wrote to him last on Friday morning and have not heard from him. I hope he is OK. I saw the video where he was trying to blow up a barrel of his. I was impressed. I could not believe what that barrel took. I have confidence that he is making some very tough barrels.
So actually I don't have a cannon yet, but I am working on it as fast as I can. Thanks for your help. Thanks guys. When I get going I promise to try to master posting pictures. In fact I look forward to it. Like we say around here, "I caint hardly wait".
