I heard that you can eat watercrest, has anyone eaten it or know anything about it?

I think you mean watercress - its a crunchy green plant a little like parseley if I remember right.  Wouldn't recognise it in the wild but try looking for it in a full service or gourmet grocery.  Or edible plants book.
