L&R Lock Company
« on: August 26, 2010, 09:23:40 AM »
Just wanted people to know what great customer service L&R gives.  I have a double barreled flint shotgun with L&R locks.  The right lock just giving wasn't giving consistent ignition.  L&R quickly corrected the problem, no questions asked, and all under warranty.  And they are made in the good ol' USA.  I think without question that the muzzle loader parts manufacturers and suppliers have been the best companies and people I have dealt with.

Yup - I have several L & R Locks, nice people, good customer service. Had a frizzen spring break on one several years ago and they fixed it fast and returned it.  My only complaint was that I asked for them to send a "back up" frizzen spring just in case this happened again and they insisted on charging me for the spring.  I know they weren't obligated to do so, but it would have been nice.  No hard feelings on my part, buy from them with confidence.
