Yeah, but if you asked our parents I bet that they would tell you that some of the things we wore and did at that age were pretty outrageous to their perspective. Long hair, Jeans with holes in the knees, flannel shirts or tie died T-shirts, sometimes wore a bdu jacket complete with military patches and lapel pins. Rode noisy smokey two stroke dirt bikes. I'm sure most I probably horrified my folks at times.
No Brett, I wore boots and jeans, drove a pickup, rode horses and bulls, and chased women. Hunted and fished constantly, never tried drugs, never disrespected my parents or women, and still don't, nor will I allow anyone else to, whether I know the woman or girl, or not. I still wear boots and jeans, still drive a pickup, will still get on a horse now and then (if he's calm"", still hunt and fish, don't disrespect my mother (dad died), and still don't disrespect women or young girls, and cheat if others try. I did however give up on chasin women, opting for a wife, and bulls are to be cooked and eatin, preferably at an early age. I've never dyed my hair, nor will I, never even considered a piercing, or a tattoo, but do have some scars aquired along the way.
Now I will admit to drinkin a little beer in my youth, and I was known to hit a honky tonk or two in my youth, as it was the best place to find good two-step music. I grew out of in in my early twenties learned there are certain things in life you just don't do.
I do have a few items I take when I travel however. I usually take a 357 magnum, and usually a Model 92 lever action of the same caliber. Sometimes if I'm feeling a little insecure, I'll take the M4 instead.
