Kudu Cow with Turbo Hawk
« on: September 01, 2010, 02:44:47 AM »
I hunted this kudu cow 2 weeks ago with my Turbo Hawk. 75 pounds
29 draw. I used 150gr Germam Kinetics on 300 Easton Exis N-Fused (540gr total)
The arrow landed about 15 yards on the other side of the kudu.

She was standing 1/4 to me at about 25 yards. I shot her low on the left
shoulder. You can see the exit hole on the picture.
Look at those fletches!! They were white! She jumped and then ran about 40
yards away, turned around to see what she heard. She dropped her head,
picked it up again and fell over.

Well that's just cool as heck there Sweets!   ;D  I don't remember you being into bow hunting, but with all the problem y'all seem to have getting guns over there it's probably a smart thing to do!   :D

 ;D I wasn't - I only started about 2 years ago. I only hunted
7 animals with the bow, but I am truly addicted to this.
The rush is just amzaing!!
