I've got two 88 winchesters one in .358 and a 308. They have never failed me and fit nice those two calibers cover any game I hunt in the USA.

I once had an old 336 in 30-30 that everytime I ejected a shell it would lock up and no matter what I did or a gunsmith did it still wouldn't work. I have no regrets gettin rid of that one.
