Yes, I REALLY like my 10MLII stainless with laminated stock! (It matches my three VLP's).
But there is a learning curve with them. At first, don't get fancy.....just use the book loads until you get
good groups with it. There are many things that can come up hindering accuracy. I don't want to take
away from this great board but there is a TON of info about the Savage ML's at Doug's Message Boards.
Those guys have done/experienced it all, and are very knowledgeable and helpful to Newbies.
I've had mine for about seven years now (got it soon after they started installing the AccuTrigger on it)
and have no intentions, or even any temptations for getting any other type. Still like the ol' sidelock, but
when it's time to get serious, the 10MLII goes with me.
