20 MOA Scope Mount for Handi?

Does anyone offer a 20 MOA (or even 30 MOA) scope mount for the Handi?  I'm just brainstorming right now, but I think I'd like to be able to reach out further with my scope.

All scope bases for H&Rs are listed in the FAQs, EGW makes em.

Also Burris Z rings have offset inserts, and are very good rings.
