Don't know of any sources of loaded ammo for it. It's an easy case to make though. Run 30-30 brass into your 7 intr fl die and then trim to length.

You can search [google] but I don't think anyone reloads the 7-R for sale.
If you're anywhere near Pensacola,Fla. I can probably put your components together for you
