Mathews conquest 2

I might be getting a Mathews conquest 2 from a friend of mine I don't know much about this kind of stuff all I found about it is one picture from ebay it looks more like a target bow will it be good for hunting?

With as long as the axle to axle is, it would make a good target or hunting bow in my opinion.
