Feds Spent $800,000 of Economic Stimulus on African Genital-Washing Program

Geez...I bet that two, maybe three researchers jobs were saved!   

Why..why...WHY is our tax money being spent on carp (sic) like this?

Wonder how much of that stimulus money is left to keep my blood pressure down?? Really don't need anybody to teach me how to wash my genital's, I'ld be happy if they would just give me the money for a new lawnmower! ;D GYPSYMAN
