We might have a chance at those garands yet. 62 congress critters petitioned klinton to drop the ban on the surplus guns from S Korea. Must be an election year, still, it's good news that at least a few are with us. POWDERMAN.

Pardon my ignorance - but are we talking about Hilary or Bill here, and does either of them have any power to do anything about this?  Again I may be off base but it seems that congress could do something about this themselves if they really wanted.

I think this is apples and wheel weights.  The members of Congress I think are suggesting that Hill, as SecState, not support the UN gun ban.
