Trigger Adjustment for new X-bolt
« on: September 26, 2010, 05:08:30 PM »
Took a friends Browning X-Bolt to the range yesterday.  The trigger was heavy.  Came home and measured it at 5 !/2 lbs.  I do not see an external adjustment screw.  Any help will be appreciated.

To see the adjustment screw you must first remove the magazine and then the bottom metal.  My adjustment screw was covered in some kind of red epoxy that had to be scraped off before it could be adjusted.  Step by step instructions are in the owners manual.
