Root buyers?

Can anyone tell me where I can find a root buyer in athens county? Mr Buckley isn't buying this year and I have a few roots to sell.

There is a buyer in Washington Co. close to Athens Co. in Barlow a few houses toward Marietta on 550 from the SR339 & 550 intersection. Never sold there, though.

Any ideas on what he's paying for ginseng and yellow root? He sounds closer than oakhill.
