Rain At Last

Finally we are getting a good rain. It's been so dry the last couple months that scouting for new trails and fresh tracks has been tough. This weekend I will definately be walking alot of woods. With any luck I might get a food plot finished.

Yup!  My grandson called me during the rain and asked if I were coming to plant RIGHT THEN!

The boy is a little anxious to start hunting.  He asks everyday if it's season yet.....wonderful to be 8 and have time drag instead of fly by like it does for me... :D

I finally made it to the farm this weekend and it rained SAturday night.  Then a real frog strangler Sunday on the way home.  My part of south Jawja hadn't had any rain since mid July.  The sure needed it!
