NEF Pardners
« on: October 03, 2010, 02:02:07 PM »
Local box store has pardners in 12 gauge for $199.00 bucks. Think this might be a good deal for hide behind the bed room door kinda gun. Question these have been out long enough were any problems should have surfaced. Anybody had any real world experience with these? I figure for that kinda money, one could not go bad. Reliabiliity is my main issue. Comments?
Bought the Pardner pumps today for $199.00 Plastic stocks and in riot gun configuration. Cleaned it and took it out and put a couple boxes of shells thru it. Seems like a lot of gun for the bucks. I really like the all steel receiver. Can't beat a shotgun for urban situations, besides if it gets stolen,it hurts a lot less than an expensive handgun.

Pardners can be had for $125 at Wally World... used ones go for $100 bucks or less.
$199 is WAY TOO HIGH.

I think he might be referring to the Pardner pumps in one of their configurations.  I don't know why they didn't give them a different model name.  lol

I have a pardner pump for turkey hunting....has been flawless for past 2 years.  I like it much better than the remington 870's I used to own.

Pardner pumps are good reliable shotguns.I have been shooting a pardner protector for a couple of years now and have never had a problem.
