Have always read never to use fff in rifles because of pressure, after reading some post here im wondering if its okay, will i get better accuracy? what velocities do you get with a .50

Dont have any foregn made ML rifles, would it be okay to shoot fff in those also, years ago read about extruded barrels blowing.

FFF is fine just reduce starting/max load data by 10%.  I use exclusively fffg in pyrodex, 777 and goex so I don't have to stock multiple grades.  I have had no issues with my modern or traditional arms with it.  8)

I use mostly FFFg GOEX in my sidelocks of all calibers (.45, .50, .54 & .58).  In my .50 the most accurate load is 95 grains.  But I've taken it up to 110 grains under a 300 grain bullet with no concern at all.

Try Pioneer Powder too... It is a little anemic but it great for target and steel critters and clean up is a snap.. Non corrosive...

The T-C Pennsylvania Hunter I no longer have  (and wish I still did) was fed Goex FFFG exclusively.  I used it for the primary load and also to prime the pan.  85 grains worked fine with both patched round ball and Lee R.E.A.L. bullets, the later giving 4" groups at 100 yards all day.
