Stock bolts

I found another source for the 3/8"-24 stock bolts. They have 2", 4" and 5" bolts in-stock. Prices are good too.

Adam, I do not have this item on the web site.  They have apx 1” – 1-1/8” of thread on them they are Grade 5 zinc and I have over 200 in stock today.  You can email me your information address and credit card info or you can call me at (937) 778-9606 (if you feel more comfortable with your info), we are in Ohio we are here from 8- 5 pm.

I have GRADE 5 Zinc plated they are .50 ea

OR I have stainless steel in stock and they are 1.50 ea

I agree! I saw that they were shipped the same day I ordered them. Also, they charge the cheaper rate between FedEx and USPS. It's nice to see a company that cares about that. Too many of them charge an inflated shipping rate and it takes weeks to get. I just don't understand that especially since the USPS flat-rate boxes are available. OT, but Zappos does alotta free shipping and they're really quick. Why can't they all be that way??

Those bolts are standard SAE, can be found at any hardware store, Home Depot, or Lowe's no need to order them by mail and pay shipping.

At least here in the my town, none were available in that size. Not even at the Mom's and Pop's hardware stores.  A local fastener store didn't even stock them. Special order only from them at $6 a piece...

Both Ace and True Value stock them here, I've bought both the longer ones, but not the elusive 2" button head.

Not here, they only sell em by the box, been there done that already.    We have a bolt supply house here that will order what ever I need, a few years ago when the Boyd's t-hole stocks first came out I ordered a couple dozen and sold them to members for cost plus shipping, still have a couple extras.

OT- how about forend screws? For the screw stop- allen screw I bought to fill the hole it says 1/4x1/4 but what is the actual description of the screw? I never needed an extra until I got a new barrel last week and needed to set up a forearm for that specific barrel. Thanks  thejanitor

I did find the forend screw at a local hardware store. I bought them for the same reason, to fit to a set-screw stopper. After a bit of measuring, I had one trimmed to fit snug when it was bottomed-out. Same torque every time. Didn't help any for the accuracy though.
