Thinking of ordering a new barrel for my encore.  Currently in the arsenal: 25.06, 280 remington, 223, and a 220 swift.  What do you guys think?

.375 H&H would fill the upper end hole.

You got the small and meduim stuff covered.
375 H&H, 338 Win Mag, or 45-70 would be good

I'm a wuzz on recoil so .308 Win gets my vote.  Hard hitting, light kicking, huge range of bullet weights 110 - 240 grain, and reknown for accuracy.

Sounds like you need a .30 Caliber(or a .33 Cal)
I like the .338 Federal for punch and nonmagnum recoil

Either the 338-06 A-Square or 338 Federal both are perfect in the Encore and don’t have the troublesome belt on the magnum cartridges.

You're covered on everything in the lower 48 so you "need" something bigger.  I'd suggest a 375 H&H Magnum or a 416 Rigby.  If you do get either of these and wish to minimize the danger of scope bite, I'd suggest a brake.

6.5 Swede for good punch and great accuracy.  .35 Whelen for great punch in a non magnum.  .375 H&H if you have something that positively, absolutely NEEDS to be dead right now.  .416 Rigby if you are a psycho. :)
