So it's been said here before that Obama refuses to try the 9/11 terrorists at a military tribunal because of his Muslim beliefs. A military trial would require him to sign the death penalty and that is not allowed according to Sharia Law. Because of this, he wants them to be tried in civilian court... got it....

Now the big question.....

Maj Hasan (active duty military) murders other active duty Soldiers on a military base. If he is convicted of murder and the death penalty is imposed, who signs the death sentence? I guess we'll see before too long.

I would, and pull the trigger. hasan is a Godless, subhuman sob. No reason to waste taxpayers money. Plenty of surviving witnesses have positively identified him. Have a hog slaughtered right in front of him, let him see them dipping the bullets in pig blood, shoot him, then throw him in a hole with the pig on top of him and make sure  some of his Godless friends see it, and all muslims  know about it. I have zero tolerance for scum like him. I'm sure this will upset the pantywetters, tough. POWDERMAN.

There are more delays in his trial. Latest was a request to have it postponed until after Nov 5( I believe) because it is the aniversary of the shooting. W H A T
 It will be one full year with NO action and this guy is still getting paid.
I can see this being pushed under some kind of mental disorder rug.
