Custom sizeer dies can be made for either the lubsizers OR like the Lee push through  for any Dia. you want.
Why .222 .223,  the nonomal throat size on 22 centerfires is .2245 to .2255

My guess is that he is wanting to size them for an older 22 Rem Jet , Hornet or 218 Bee which used a .223 bullet not the new standard .224 .

Yes, I am looking at shooting cast in a 1962 vintage Mdl. 53  .22 Rem Jet.  The chamber throat in these old guns are .223 barrels .222. Who makes the custom sizing dies?

Lee will do custom sizing dies.  8)  Here's the link to their custom page.  Others may also, but I stick with Lee as that's worked for me.  ;)
