1st the SR9... Love the ergonomics in my hand, great value for the money, high cap mags, I thought the original trigger was ok, but when they redesigned it I think they made it worse. I've heard of guys polishing them up and it improved. I cant say never pulled the trigger on one that was worked on. Size wise its about equal to the Glock 19.
2nd the P95... It's a work horse like my P89, but with the polly grip and shorter barrel. Lots of mags out there for it but I know the design of the trigger guard, you have to use P95 holsters. Its more rounded than squared... dont know why its different than the other P series? Much larger and not as easily concealed vs the SR9. But again, the P series are work horses.
Reliability like a Glock? Glocks have been put through rigorous torture tests and work. More than likely you wont come close to these extremes. My P89 goes bang every time I pull the trigger. Good quality ammo and propper care of any good firearm will serve you for life.
