What sights for 392
« on: October 17, 2010, 05:20:35 PM »
For those of you who own or have owned a 392. What sights did you use for it? Original sight, Williams peep sight, or a scope.

Thanks, Charlie

While I  have 2 Blue Streaks, the design is about the same.
A scope does make these rifles unwieldy to pump up.
But these rifles are also capable of incredible accuracy
and a scope makes these even more deadly small game takers.
one of mine has a scope, the other is open sighted.

I have the williams peep on my sheridan.  Marked the sight in 2 places, one for plinking (2-3 pumps) and one for hunting.  Painted the front sight white.

Williams peep if you can see, on newer models.  Scout mounted pistol scope preferred because I have old eyes.  Looks a little odd but shoots great.
