Heck they even have Slick willie out saying that if all the people get out and vote like they did for obama in 08 they can turn the election around.

 I work with about 150 Hispanics daily, most all of them naturalized US citizens, visa holders (required at aerospace companies doing defense work) or their children. Although some have strong feelings concerning politics, I know of very few who actually vote in anything but Presidential elections. Statistics I've heard concerning how many 1st & 2nd generation Hispanics in the US who vote regularly are in the ~15% range.

 Not a one of the Hispanic women I work with have ever indicated that they vote; they leave that stuff up to their Husbands. The majority of the Hispanic guys I know who do vote are intelligent and mild-moderatey conservative.

 Think about it - Most Hispanics are Catholic, strongly family-oriented, anti-abortion and anti-gay. The majority have a strong work ethic and look down on those wanting handouts. Those here legally don't want competition from illegals, especially in this economy. The ones here illegally are pissed off that Obama hasn't even attempted any immigraton reform yet, as he promissed he would.

 So really, I don't understand all of the Dems "Hispandering." It's a waste of breath. I don't know why they can't see that yet.

my opinion is that it is all amounts to a feeble attempt to engineer the election.  the fact is they know the slaughter is coming, and they are trying to create a buzz that it isnt them that is going to get slaughtered.  i dont buy it.  EVERYONE i talk to (save one person) is tired of the government taking such a huge piece of their paycheck.   we shall see sooner rather than later.

 HOW CAN it be a Close vote ??

Look no further than the cities. Take Pa for instance. Obama only won 17 of the 67 county's, but he won 57 to 44 percent. After his statement about Pa residents clinging to their religion and guns.
All the county's around Philly went to him and Pittsburgh. The same thing happened when voting for governor. We ended up with a communist for governor. We shall see this time, if things are much different. I'm certainly praying that they will be, but I'm not counting any chickens until they hatch. Just way to many people on the public dole any more, and to many uniformed, to vote for TRUE conservatives, and I don't necessarily mean Republicans.
