If anything I think it demonstrates part of the issue of WMDs in Iraq. A Bush hater won't be satisfied until we find an Iraqi variation of a soviet ICBM prepped for launch in a silo with targeting data for NYC. But a liberal Judge will call a suspicious Explorer in Times Square with less explosive potential than my reloading bench a WMD. I'm disappointed by the variation in definitions above - which is it? And is it a DOD or DOJ issue to determine? And frankly a WMD is not a weapon of terror; it's a weapon of results. Terrorists usually prefer low tech low yield with high dramatic effect. The THREAT of a WMD can be a terror tool, agreed. But what would escalate terror in the US would be a repeat of the terrorist attack on a school in Russia, but in the US, multiple sites simultaneously. Work, school, traffic, economy & government would lock up, possibly for months. I've read the risk/threat analysis on that. Don't need a WMD for terror, but whatever a terrorist uses has become euphemistically a WMD.

He has said on this talk tour that, oops, no WMD showed up and he was shocked that the intell was wrong and surprised that WMD weren't found, etc...while dancing ard his responsibility on the issue and the intell on this.  The C and C is contradicting your experiences.   So...is he serving TWO Masters, is he  Emmanual Goldstein, or just plain clueless.?? Who is serving two masters here.... where are the WMD that Mr. Bush says weren't there afterall..? Inquiring minds want to know...................................!!

      A) The Plame/Wilson pair have been proven liars already (concerning the yellowcake) and nobody disputes their aims in sending Wilson to Africa, so anything they may make or produce is not worth watching.
     B) Every major western intelligence agency said Saddam had WMD.
     C) Many of Saddam's generals we have found, out believed he had them.
     D) Pres Clinton believed Saddam had WMD and called for his ouster.
     E) Congress, after consulting the best western intelligence agencies believed Saddam had WMD and passed a resoultion to get
     rid of   Saddam..even before Bush took office.
     F) Saddam displayed guilt by delaying or even preventing the UN inspectors from doing their job (likely while he was
     moving the WMD to Syria or Iran).

     The Bush interview... You simply must be more observant. Bush said "we did not find the WMD"...He did not say "the WMD never were there". He did not say "Saddam did not move them to Syria or Iran"!  Remember, when Saddam's air force was faced with complete destruction by the pilots of F-15s and F-16s, he flew them to Iran, knowing he would not get his planes back.
  All your arguments about where the WMD were or may have beeen are pointless, since whether the WMD were there, transported or other, is of  no consequence . There were many other reasons why it was important to dump Saddam, without even considering the WMD..

other than a 3rd hand uninformed opinion? In fact, you have no skill in logic or rhetoric as your posts trend
toward simply bashing people who hold a differing view, rather than addressing the differing idea itself. Seriously,
if your only contribution to the debate is to malign character, you really do not own the high ground and should
probably reconsider your position.

  Plame/Wilson did lie..they claimed that the administration's claim that the other Husein (Saddam, that is), tried to buy 'yellowcake" in Africa, was untrue. Plame/Wilson have since been proven as untruthful concerning the situation.

Here's an interesting item that goes hand in hand with testimonies from Sadam's High Command.

In the Book of  Zechariah, Chapter #5,  Zechariah sees an ephah.  An ephah merely is a means of measuring a quantity of ingredients. It is in direct relation to the "woman", which is not a woman, but is a mispronunciation of the word "FIRE".  For these two words are exact except for a small jot or tittle in the Hebrew language.

The Ephah container in this instance could very well be a "Nuclear WarHead".

Iran managed to acquire a squadron of mig-29s quietly in all the confusion, used but in good shape. But certainly no other war materials couldve leaked out unnoticed - just artifacts of an historical nature.

Perhaps someday someone will swim against the current and go back and thoroughly investigate. Evidently the world wants to put this all behind us; they're happy to blame Bush. He's happy to blame intel, who can't say anything because it's classified. And well all be dead when the law says it can be declassified. Neat little package - I guess we have all the answers we want then.

There are/were WMDs in Iraq. Iraq got them from the US and used against thier own people (Kurds). Iran claims that Iraq used some WMDs against the them in the Iran/Iraq war. Actual source of those WMDs is still unknown as I understand it.

my logic ?   Long ago a righteous man's warnings met with unresponsive results for 100 years of a coming worldwide flood because of appeasement, even though the world watched watched as he openly prepared to save himself from the coming disaster.   

And so it goes today.  It is easier for a governing body to appease the general public by saying " it ain't all that bad folks, everything will be alright, we didn't find any WMD's." 

Easier than What ?, you say......  Easier than alarming the entire nation by the man in the White House along with the governing bodies humbling themselves before  Almighty God, and calling for a national repentance.
