someone was telling me about how the M4a1 is the best combat gun ever made and i pointed out the "M4A1 5.56mm Carbine and Related Systems Deficiencies and Solutions: Operational and Technical Study with Analysis and Alternatives". I still don't get why they have not made a better gun.
